Chen Long, a student majoring in Mechanical Maintenance at the Aviation College of Dongying Vocational College.

During his school years, he compensated for his shortcomings with diligence, studied professional knowledge seriously, and actively participated in various school activities and social practices. He entered the Shenyang Jinghe internship in December 2020, and he will never forget his original intention, carry his dreams, forge ahead, and never stop.

The path of pursuing dreams has never stopped, and being able to work in an aviation company has always been my dream. Before entering the aviation academy, I never imagined that I would become a civil aviation professional.

I have spent 3 years in the School of Aeronautics since my enrollment in September 2018. Looking back on these three years of youthful life, I have gone through a growth process from ignorance to seeking knowledge from top to bottom. As I am about to leave school and enter society, I have reflected on my school experience and recalled the confusion and struggle, struggle and dreams at that time, with many emotions. Below, I will briefly summarize and share my personal growth experience with everyone.

Diligence can make up for foolishness, it is a good training. No hardship, no talent. During my school years, in addition to actively completing various learning tasks, I also actively studied knowledge and skills outside of textbooks, constantly enriching and enriching myself. In the internship, I am down-to-earth, diligent in research, and always ask questions if I don't understand. I strive to improve my professional skills and enrich my professional knowledge.

On the path of pursuing dreams, it is not only necessary to work hard and excel academically, but also to have many areas worth pursuing. If you can do some small things to make others happy, then it is very meaningful. While completing my studies, I am enthusiastic about public welfare and actively participate in volunteer and charitable activities. Including: volunteering for marathons and joining the school club federation. Organized and participated in campus activities multiple times. These experiences have tempered my will, honed my abilities, taught me the principles of dealing with people, strengthened my determination to work in the aviation profession, and benefited me for life.

In the blink of an eye of three years, as graduation approaches, my heart is filled with endless gratitude towards the aviation academy. Through my internship and learning at the academy, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and skills that will benefit me for a lifetime. This will be the most important experience and asset in my life, inspiring and motivating me to constantly face greater and more difficult challenges.
